The Blueprint sets both. If we misjudged the effort, that's our cost. If you change the scope, we quote the change first.
On final payment, everything transfers to you: source, repositories, infrastructure and the accounts behind them. We keep a licence to our own pre-existing tooling, and you keep a perpetual licence to use it. Leave whenever you like; the handover is documented from day one. Investors will ask. The answer is yes.
