This page explains what personal data Miistudio collects when you use this site or work with us, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.

What we collect
- TODO: the data submitted through the contact form (name, email, company, project brief), email correspondence, and cookieless analytics that record page views without identifying you. The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, an invisible bot check: when you submit, Cloudflare processes your IP address and browser signals to decide whether you are a person. It does not identify you to us and we receive only a pass/fail token.

Why we collect it
- TODO: to respond to enquiries, to scope and deliver work you commission, to meet legal and accounting obligations, and to understand which pages are read.

Who we share it with
- TODO: our processors: Cloudflare (hosting and the Turnstile bot check on the contact form), Resend (sending the emails the form triggers), and our mailbox provider; Nexel Studio when you ask us to involve them; nobody else, and never for advertising.

How long we keep it
- TODO: enquiries for 24 months unless they become a project; project records for as long as the law requires.
