How fixed pricing works

A fixed price is only honest if the scope is fixed first.

Blueprint first

One to two weeks of paid scoping: spec, architecture, prototype and a quote. The fee comes off the build, so it costs nothing extra if you go ahead.

Quote against a spec

The price is fixed against the document we both signed off. Underestimated it? That's on us. Want something new? We quote the change before building it.

Milestones, not hours

You pay on agreed milestones tied to demos, not timesheets. Payment plans spread the build over the first year of the Run retainer if that suits your cash flow.

Equity, selectively

For a business we believe in, we'll take part of the fee as equity and bring the price down to a minimum. Evaluated per business plan; we pick the projects we invest in.
